Micron said direct-labor employees in Taiwan will receive fiscal 2026 bonuses equivalent to 35–68 months of pay. The minimum cash compensation is NT$1.7 million per employee. The payouts increase fiscal 2026 employee-compensation costs and have not fully resolved the reported Taiwan labor standoff.
