Guidance / Outlook

Nautilus Biotechnology, Inc. · 2026-04-28 · Importance 59 · Surprise 60

Nautilus expects expenses and capital requirements to increase substantially as it advances product development, establishes service laboratory operations, builds sales/marketing/distribution capabilities, and invests in production tooling, IP protection and systems. Management states it expects current cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments will be sufficient to fund operating expenses and capital expenditures for at least the next 12 months, but reiterates the need for substantial additional funding thereafter through equity, debt, collaborations or other sources. The company warns that inability to raise additional capital on acceptable terms could force delays, reductions or eliminations of development or commercialization plans and could have a material adverse effect on the business. Nautilus continues to assess timing for commercial launch (pre-orders late 2026; installations early 2027) and notes that actual results could differ materially from forward-looking expectations.
