Nautilus is engaging early with leading biopharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and research organizations through research collaborations and Early Access to evaluate pre-commercial versions of the Voyager platform. The company intends to work closely with Early Access collaborators to demonstrate platform value, use resulting data for publications to drive awareness, and then pursue a land-and-expand model where customers initially access targeted applications and later add targeted proteoform or broadscale workflows. Management expects Early Access will primarily be performed in company facilities with data shared via a cloud platform and does not anticipate material revenue from these early activities. Over time Nautilus plans to sell instruments and reagents to select customers performing targeted and broadscale proteomics research.
