Cash and cash equivalents were $9.099 billion at June 30, 2026, compared with $9.034 billion at December 31, 2025, while total assets increased 5.1% to $58.450 billion. Aggregate outstanding notes were $14.309 billion net of issuance costs and hedging adjustments, including $2.484 billion classified as short-term debt and $11.826 billion classified as long-term debt. Total debt declined from $14.463 billion at December 31, 2025, but short-term debt increased from $998.9 million because of upcoming maturities. Netflix had no borrowings under its revolving credit facility or commercial paper program and remained in compliance with all debt covenants and the revolving facility’s 3.0-to-1.0 minimum EBITDA-to-interest ratio.
