Six-month operating revenues increased $239.3 million, or 6.9%, to $3,705.5 million from $3,466.2 million, while second-quarter revenues increased $59.4 million, or 4.6%, to $1,342.4 million. Columbia Operations six-month revenue rose $78.6 million to $1,927.1 million, driven primarily by $84.4 million from base-rate proceedings and regulatory capital programs, partly offset by $23.1 million of weather effects. NIPSCO Operations six-month revenue increased $160.5 million to $1,783.0 million, including $204.5 million from base rates, regulatory capital and demand-side management programs; NIPSCO Electric revenue rose $129.7 million while NIPSCO Gas revenue rose $30.8 million.
