North America revenues grew 5% on a currency-neutral basis to $20,511 million in fiscal 2026, driven by a 14% increase in wholesale through expanded distribution and higher shipments, while NIKE Direct declined 6% as digital sales fell 10% and store sales fell 2%. Footwear unit sales rose 6% (ASP per pair reduced ~1 percentage point due to channel mix) and apparel units rose 2% with ASP contributing ~2 percentage points of growth. Gross margin expanded materially (+210 basis points) in North America due to lower product costs, favorable channel mix and higher ASPs, contributing to a 14% increase in reported EBIT to $5,376 million. Demand creation and operating overhead increased, driven by higher sports marketing and wage-related expenses, respectively.
