Rackspace Technology joined NVIDIA’s Cloud Partner Program to offer NVIDIA-accelerated computing and governed AI cloud services. Its Institutional Sovereign Pod combines NVIDIA Blackwell systems with Palantir Foundry and is aimed at regulated enterprise customers. The arrangement expands NVIDIA’s sovereign and enterprise AI distribution model, although Rackspace reported potential margin and free-cash-flow pressure if AI offerings do not scale quickly.
