QumulusAI signed two three-year take-or-pay agreements with AI inference customers for more than 2,000 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs. The contracts have a combined value of $240.9 million and cover two dedicated clusters. The deployments are intended to support large-language-model, vision-model, and speech-model workloads, providing a concrete neocloud channel for Blackwell B300 capacity.
