News Corp. is authorized to repurchase up to an aggregate of US$1 billion of its Nasdaq-listed Class A and Class B common stock under the 2025 Repurchase Program authorized on July 15, 2025. As of August 4, 2026, the Company had purchased approximately US$404.7 million of shares, including US$262.0 million for 10,288,925 shares purchased on the previous day and US$1.8 million for 62,323 shares purchased before that day. Repurchases may occur from time to time in the open market or otherwise, subject to market conditions and the stock price, with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acting as broker; ASX-listed CDIs will not be repurchased.
