Fourth-quarter Total Segment EBITDA increased 31% to $423 million from $322 million, while adjusted Total Segment EBITDA increased 25% to $400 million. Fiscal 2026 Total Segment EBITDA rose 15% to $1.627 billion from $1.415 billion, and adjusted Total Segment EBITDA increased 12% to $1.595 billion. Fourth-quarter EBITDA increased 46% at Digital Real Estate Services to $222 million and 20% at Dow Jones to $181 million, while Book Publishing increased 14% to $57 million and News Media declined 14% to $24 million. Fiscal-year EBITDA increased 23% at Digital Real Estate Services to $741 million and 13% at Dow Jones to $663 million, but declined 3% at Book Publishing and 9% at News Media because of higher costs and California Post and FIFA World Cup expenses.
