Fiscal 2026 operating cash flow from continuing operations increased 26% to $1.237 billion from $978 million, primarily because of higher Total Segment EBITDA and working-capital improvements. Free cash flow increased 42% to $811 million from $571 million after capital expenditures of $426 million. Capital expenditures increased $19 million year over year from $407 million to $426 million. Cash and cash equivalents declined to $2.095 billion at June 30, 2026 from $2.403 billion a year earlier after $641 million of share repurchases, $141 million of REA Group share repurchases and $204 million of dividends paid.
