Impairment and restructuring charges were $46 million in the fourth quarter, down from $81 million in the prior-year quarter. Fiscal-year impairment and restructuring charges were $113 million, down from $132 million in fiscal 2025. The reduction in quarterly charges contributed to net income from continuing operations rising 167% to $230 million. Fiscal-year operating cash flow was partly reduced by higher cash restructuring payments.
