Fourth-quarter Total Segment EBITDA increased 31% to $423 million from $322 million, while fiscal 2026 Total Segment EBITDA increased 15% to $1.627 billion from $1.415 billion. Fourth-quarter EBITDA growth was led by Digital Real Estate Services, which increased 46% to $222 million, and Dow Jones, which increased 20% to $181 million. Fiscal-year EBITDA increased 23% at Digital Real Estate Services to $741 million and 13% at Dow Jones to $663 million, partially offset by declines of 3% at Book Publishing and 9% at News Media. Fourth-quarter net income from continuing operations increased 167% to $230 million, helped by higher EBITDA and a reduction in impairment and restructuring charges from $81 million to $46 million.
