Digital Real Estate Services revenue increased 19% to $553 million in the fourth quarter, with growth at both REA Group and Move. REA Group revenue rose 21% to $386 million, driven by Australian residential price increases, add-on products, and an 11% increase in national residential buy-listing volumes; Sydney and Melbourne listings each increased 8%. Move revenue grew 13% to $167 million, led by higher sales of RealPRO Select and growth in seller, new homes, and rentals. Realtor.com averaged 297 million monthly visits, increasing its share of U.S. real-estate-portal visits to 33%, although average monthly unique users declined 6% to 68 million as Move focused on higher-quality leads.
