Old Dominion expects 2026 capital expenditures of approximately $380 million, an increase of $115 million from its initial plan. Approximately $180 million is allocated to service-center facilities, $155 million to tractors and trailers, and $45 million to technology and other assets. The company expects to fund the program primarily through operating cash flow, existing cash and cash equivalents, and, if needed, borrowings under its $400 million Credit Agreement, and believes liquidity is sufficient for the next twelve months and longer term.
