OGE Energy reaffirmed that its 2026–2030 capital expenditure estimates remain consistent with disclosures in the 2025 Form 10-K and are primarily customer-focused. Planned investments are targeted to maintain and improve safety, resiliency and reliability of distribution and transmission grids and the generation fleet, and to serve growing customer load in Oklahoma and western Arkansas. Management will evaluate additional capital expenditures and incremental growth opportunities based on power supply, transmission and distribution needs and expected customer benefits. Capital spending is the primary future material cash requirement cited by the company.
