CACI International and Oracle reportedly secured a nearly $400 million, 10-year contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management for federal human-resources information-technology modernization. The project will consolidate fragmented federal HR systems onto a secure cloud-based platform using Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS. The partners said the modernization could reduce taxpayer costs by more than 90% and builds on prior Oracle and CACI federal deployments.
