Non-operating income, net increased by $3.5 billion in fiscal 2026 relative to fiscal 2025, primarily due to a $2.7 billion gain from the sale of Oracle’s investment in Ampere Computing Holdings LLC (Ampere). The company also recorded a $380 million gain from other investments and increased gains from its deferred compensation investment portfolio and interest income.
