Realty Income continued to operate across the United States and Europe, with the portfolio spanning all 50 U.S. states, the United Kingdom, and eight other European countries. During the second quarter, investment activity included $1.68 billion of U.S. and other volume and $396.8 million of Europe volume. The initial weighted average cash yield was 7.4% for U.S. and other volume and 7.0% for Europe volume. The company’s portfolio therefore maintained material exposure to both domestic and European commercial real estate markets.
