PSEG estimates regulated capital investment of $22.5 billion to $25.5 billion for 2026 through 2030, representing most of its total capital investment program of $24 billion to $28 billion. The program is expected to produce regulated rate-base compound annual growth of 6.0% to 7.5% from year-end 2025 through year-end 2030. PSE&G’s CEF-EE II program includes approximately $2.9 billion of authorized commitments from January 2025 through June 2027, including a $1.9 billion project-investment budget and approximately $1 billion for customer on-bill repayment. GSMP III was approved for $1.05 billion to replace 525 miles of gas mains, plus $360 million to replace an additional 75 miles, with construction beginning in 2026 and continuing through 2028.
