PSEG expects to fund all capital requirements over the next three years through internally generated funds and external debt financing. Management reported no material changes to projected capital expenditures compared with the 2025 Form 10-K. During the six months ended June 30, 2026, PSE&G invested $1.252 billion, primarily in transmission and distribution system reliability. PSE&G also incurred $263 million for energy-efficiency programs and $86 million for the CEF-EE II on-bill repayment program, while PSEG Power & Other invested $134 million in nuclear and information technology projects, excluding $73 million for nuclear fuel.
