Pfizer’s launched and acquired products grew 18% operationally year over year in the second quarter of 2026. Excluding Comirnaty and Paxlovid, company revenue increased 5% operationally. Eliquis revenue rose 19% globally on higher demand and favorable U.S. pricing and channel mix, while Padcev increased 23% on first-line urothelial-cancer market-share gains and launch uptake. Vyndaqel grew 8% on strong international demand, continued patient diagnosis and improved access, and Lorbrena increased 37% on higher patient share in first-line ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in the U.S., China and other international markets.
