Second-quarter 2026 revenue increased 3% year over year to $15.034 billion, including 1% operational growth and a $217 million favorable foreign-exchange impact. Biopharma revenue rose 2% reported and 1% operationally to $14.661 billion, while Pfizer CentreOne revenue increased 7% reported and 5% operationally to $373 million. Excluding Comirnaty and Paxlovid, revenue grew 5% operationally, and launched and acquired products grew 18% operationally. Growth from Eliquis, Padcev, Vyndaqel and Lorbrena was partly offset by operational declines of 95% for Paxlovid and 34% for Comirnaty.
