Second-quarter 2026 revenue increased 3% year over year to $15.034 billion, including 1% operational growth and a $217 million favorable foreign-exchange impact. Biopharma revenue rose 2% reported and 1% operationally to $14.661 billion, while Pfizer CentreOne revenue increased 7% reported and 5% operationally to $373 million.
