Pfizer changed its Biopharma commercial structure in the first quarter of 2026. Certain off-patent branded and generic sterile injectables and biosimilars were moved primarily from Specialty Care and Oncology into a new Hospital and Biosimilars product portfolio. The revised structure consists of the Pfizer U.S. Commercial Division, Pfizer International Commercial Division and Global Hospital and Biosimilars Division. Prior-period amounts were reclassified to conform to the new presentation.
