Pfizer granted Medicus Pharma an exclusive, sublicensable global license for PF-08046031, also known as CD228V. The early clinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate targets melanotransferrin and is intended for oncology development. The transaction is valued at more than $1 billion and covers development, manufacturing, and commercialization rights. Pfizer will retain economic interests and future options while externalizing development costs and pipeline risk.
