Pfizer’s investigational trispecific antibody tilrekimig (PF-07275315) met the primary endpoint in a Phase 2 trial for adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, showing statistically significant EASI-75 responses across all evaluated doses at Week 16. The 200 mg monthly regimen produced a 61.0% EASI-75 response versus 9.1% for placebo. Pfizer is advancing tilrekimig into pivotal Phase 3 atopic dermatitis trials, including a head-to-head study against dupilumab, while also testing it in asthma and a Phase 2b/3 COPD study. The program targets type 2 inflammation and expands Pfizer’s inflammation and immunology pipeline.
