First-six-month 2026 revenue increased 4% to $29.5 billion, with operational growth of 2%; excluding Comirnaty and Paxlovid, revenue increased 6% operationally. Growth was led by Eliquis, Padcev, the Vyndaqel family, Lorbrena, Nurtec ODT/Vydura and oncology biosimilars, while COVID-19 products declined. Eliquis revenue increased 14% operationally year to date to $4.6 billion, driven by higher global demand and U.S. pricing and channel-mix factors. Vyndaqel revenue increased 6% operationally to $3.4 billion, supported by U.S. market expansion, increased diagnosis internationally and improved access in certain international markets.
