Robinsons experienced low-double-digit quote-volume growth and a single-digit conversion decline in the agency auto business in the third quarter and first nine months of 2026. In direct personal auto, quote volume decreased 6% in both periods, while conversion increased 4% in the quarter and 7% year to date; policies in force nevertheless grew in the single digits in each consumer segment. Direct new applications varied by consumer segment: Sams increased in the single digits, while Wrights and Robinsons declined slightly, and Dianes declined slightly for the quarter but increased slightly year to date.
