Beauty net sales increased 7% to $12.0 billion for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, driven by a 4% increase in unit volume, pricing benefits of 2% and favorable foreign exchange of 2%, partially offset by unfavorable geographic mix of 1%. Excluding acquisitions/divestitures and FX, Beauty organic sales increased 5% with strong innovation-led growth in Hair Care, Personal Care and Skin Care across Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and North America. Beauty net earnings increased 3% to $2.2 billion for the nine months, with net earnings margin decreasing about 80 basis points primarily due to a 120 basis-point gross margin decline. The gross margin decline was attributed to unfavorable product mix, higher tariffs and commodity costs partially offset by productivity savings.
