Order Backlog and Book-to-Bill
Parker-Hannifin Corp · 2026-08-06 · Importance 61 · Surprise 32 · No source text
Total orders increased 19% on the three-month comparison and 12% on a rolling 12-month basis, while backlog increased 16% year over year to a record $12.8 billion. North American orders rose 16% on the three-month comparison and 9% on a rolling 12-month basis, while international orders rose 24% and 10%, respectively. Management said international order strength was driven primarily by electronics and in-plant demand, including double-digit Asia Pacific growth and mid-single-digit EMEA growth. Parker will replace quarterly Industrial order-rate comparisons with rolling 12-month reporting in fiscal 2027 because Aerospace, Engineered Materials, and Filtration now represent approximately 65% of pro forma sales and the rolling measure better correlates with near-term organic sales growth.
