APS’s 2026-2035 transmission plan includes more than 600 miles of 345-kV-and-higher lines and more than 300 miles of 230-kV lines. Cumulative transmission capital investment is projected to exceed $6 billion through 2035, including projects to integrate new resources and access out-of-state generation and additional markets. Major projects include Helios to Milligan, Pinnacle Peak to Ocotillo, the Cotton Transmission Corridor, Jojoba to Rudd and proposed transmission for new gas generation. The projects have estimated in-service dates from 2027 through 2031.
