Total revenue increased 23.5% year over year to $801.7 million in the second quarter of 2026 from $649.1 million, and increased 28.4% to $1.563 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Omnipod product revenue rose 24.6% to $795.9 million in the quarter and 30.3% to $1.554 billion year to date, primarily from higher sales volume and a growing customer base. Drug Delivery revenue declined 43.1% to $5.8 million in the quarter and 63.8% to $9.1 million year to date.
