Total company assets under management increased to $1.642 trillion as of June 30, 2026, from $1.580 trillion a year earlier. PGIM assets under management rose 4% to $1.491 trillion, primarily because of equity-market appreciation and strong investment performance. PGIM recorded $1.6 billion of quarterly net inflows, comprising $4.6 billion of third-party inflows partly offset by $3.0 billion of affiliated outflows. Third-party institutional and retail inflows were $3.1 billion and $1.5 billion, respectively, with public-credit inflows partly offset by public-equity outflows.
