Phillips 66 reported second-quarter 2026 earnings of $3.847 billion, or $9.55 per diluted share, compared with $207 million, or $0.51 per share, in the first quarter. Adjusted earnings increased to $3.788 billion, or $9.41 per diluted share, from $200 million, or $0.49 per share. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $5.891 billion from $1.230 billion sequentially, while operating cash flow increased to $7.259 billion from negative $2.264 billion. Second-quarter earnings included $69 million of pre-tax special-item adjustments in Marketing and Specialties and a $24 million adjustment in Refining.
