Phillips 66 achieved full production at the Dos Picos II gas plant in the Permian Basin, which has capacity of 220 million cubic feet per day. The company announced construction of the 300 million-cubic-feet-per-day Zeus Gas Plant in the Permian Basin. NGL fractionated volumes reached a record 1,020 thousand barrels per day, up from 980 thousand barrels per day sequentially. NGL pipeline throughput increased to 943 thousand barrels per day from 930 thousand barrels per day.
