Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 premium smartphone platforms on September 22, 2026. Both chips use a 2-nanometer process and Qualcomm Oryon CPUs, Adreno GPUs, and Hexagon NPUs to support on-device and agentic AI.
