Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, including restricted cash, declined $4.174 billion to $8.304 billion at June 28, 2026, from $12.478 billion at September 28, 2025. Debt increased to $15.270 billion from $14.811 billion, including $2.0 billion maturing in May 2027 and $498 million of commercial paper. Operating cash flow declined $1.611 billion to $8.405 billion in the first nine months, while investing cash outflow increased to $1.648 billion. The credit facility was undrawn at June 28, 2026, and Qualcomm stated that available liquidity, operating cash flow and financing activities should satisfy requirements for at least the next 12 months.
