Bank segment second-quarter 2026 net revenues increased 7% to $488 million, while pre-tax income increased 67% to $206 million. Net interest income increased $32 million, or 7%, because average interest-earning assets grew, particularly securities-based and residential mortgage loans. The quarterly net interest margin declined modestly to 2.71% from 2.74% a year earlier. For the first nine months, net interest income increased $141 million, or 11%, as the margin improved to 2.78% from 2.67% and assets shifted from available-for-sale securities toward loans.
