Common equity tier 1 capital declined to $10.651 billion at June 30, 2026 from $11.081 billion at September 30, 2025, while total capital declined to $11.126 billion from $11.687 billion. Treasury stock increased to a $5.104 billion deduction from $4.022 billion, and goodwill and identifiable intangible deductions increased to $2.376 billion from $1.703 billion after the 2026 acquisitions. Standardized risk-weighted assets increased to $49.442 billion from $48.430 billion, including $46.458 billion of credit risk-weighted assets and $2.984 billion of market risk-weighted assets. RJF maintains capital above regulatory minimums and requires a capital conservation buffer to support dividends, share repurchases, and bonus payments.
