ResMed announced an agreement to sell its MatrixCare business, with closing expected during the first quarter of fiscal 2027. ResMed completed the acquisition of Noctrix Health, a medical-device company offering FDA De Novo classified wearable therapeutics for Restless Leg Syndrome.
