Fourth-quarter revenue increased 9% year over year to $1,464 million, or 8% on a constant-currency basis, while fiscal-year revenue increased 10% to $5,653 million, or 8% constant currency. Fourth-quarter Sleep and Breathing Health revenue rose 9% to $1,292 million, including $750 million from devices and $542 million from masks and other products. Fourth-quarter Americas revenue increased 8% to $853 million, while Rest of World revenue increased 13% to $439 million, or 10% constant currency. Residential Care Software revenue increased 3% to $172 million in the quarter and 5% to $676 million for fiscal 2026.
