By end market, net sales in Q1 2026 increased in the industrial and electronics and communications markets and were partially offset by lower net sales in the automotive market versus Q1 2025, contributing to the overall 5.2% revenue increase. AES reported net sales up 3.4% (inclusive of a $5.3 million FX benefit) with increases in electronics and communications and industrial but lower aerospace and defense sales. EMS net sales rose 7.0% (inclusive of $2.5 million FX benefit) with increases in industrial, electronics and communications, and aerospace and defense, partially offset by lower automotive sales. These end-market shifts materially influenced segment performance in the quarter (Q1 2026 vs Q1 2025).
