Rockwell continues to manage tariffs through pricing, alternative material sources, and redundant manufacturing locations. Management expects pricing actions to recover all tariff costs during fiscal 2026. Following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in February 2026, the Company submitted claims in July 2026 to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for refunds of a large portion of eligible IEEPA tariffs paid; no refund asset had been recognized as of June 30, 2026, and any refunds may be passed to qualified customers.
