Rockwell expects inflationary pressures to raise costs for memory-related electronic components, commodities, energy, and freight during the remainder of fiscal 2026. The company is using pricing actions, alternative material sources, and redundant manufacturing locations to manage tariffs and expects pricing actions to recover all tariff costs this year. Following a February 2026 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, Rockwell submitted claims in July 2026 to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for refunds of a large portion of eligible IEEPA tariffs. No tariff-refund asset had been recognized as of June 30, 2026, and any refund will be recognized only when realization is considered appropriate.
