Rockwell expects continued inflationary pressure in memory-related electronic components, commodities, energy, and freight, driven partly by strong demand for data centers and geopolitical volatility. The company is using pricing and supply-chain actions to mitigate these pressures and has continued to manage tariffs through alternative material sources and redundant manufacturing locations. Resiliency measures allow certain high-value product lines to be built in more than one geographic location, although input costs exceeded price realization in several segments.
