Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026 increased 3.6% to $8,544 million from $8,244 million in 2025. Average yield increased revenue by 3.4%, fuel recovery fees added 1.0%, and acquisitions net of divestitures added 1.1%, while volume reduced revenue by 1.2% and environmental solutions reduced it by 0.7%. Collection revenue increased to $5,832 million, or 68.2% of total revenue, from $5,565 million, or 67.4%, with small-container revenue rising to $2,675 million from $2,502 million. Large-container and residential volumes declined because of slower construction and manufacturing activity and municipal contract losses, while landfill volumes were affected by lower construction and demolition activity following non-recurring Hurricane Helene recovery work in 2025.
