RTX has established Poland as its largest investment and employee base outside the United States, with more than 9,500 employees. Its Polish operations partner with approximately 2,200 suppliers, creating a substantial regional industrial footprint. The workforce and supplier network support Poland’s Wisła air-defense modernization program, Patriot systems, F-35 engine components and commercial aircraft systems. The initiative strengthens RTX’s strategic position in Poland and expands its non-U.S. aerospace and defense manufacturing base.
