Jill Albertelli will become president of Pratt & Whitney on January 1, 2027, succeeding Shane Eddy and reporting to RTX Chairman and CEO Chris Calio. Albertelli previously led Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines business, where she secured the sole-source F-35 propulsion position, improved F135 engine delivery and quality performance, and expanded sustainment capacity. Eddy will remain with RTX through March 2027 as a special advisor after leading Pratt & Whitney since 2022 and overseeing production and sustainment ramps for the Geared Turbo Fan and F135 engines.
