Consolidated net sales increased 14.5% year over year to $24.708 billion in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, including $3.511 billion of organic growth, and increased 11.7% to $46.784 billion for the six-month period. Quarterly organic growth was led by Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon at $1.3 billion each and Collins Aerospace at $1.0 billion, while six-month organic growth was $2.0 billion at Pratt & Whitney, $1.8 billion at Raytheon, and $1.7 billion at Collins Aerospace. Products represented 72.6% of quarterly sales versus 72.1% in the prior-year quarter, while services represented 27.4% versus 27.9%; six-month product and service mixes were essentially stable at 72.1% and 27.9%, respectively. Commercial aerospace and other commercial sales increased to $11.672 billion, or 47.2% of quarterly sales, while U.S. government sales increased to $9.298 billion, or 37.6%.
