ADNOC and SLB deployed an AI-enabled Real-Time Operations Center powered by SLB’s DrillOps solution across more than 120 onshore and offshore drilling rigs in the UAE. The platform uses live rig data, analytics, and AI to identify operational issues and improve drilling coordination. The system is expected to reduce engineering effort by 30%–40%, enable engineers to manage two to three times more rigs, and shorten incident response times by 4–12 hours. The deployment can potentially avoid up to two days of rig downtime and is hosted in ADNOC’s sovereign cloud.
